Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, Cricon International ships throughout the U.S., Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide.

 

International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Cricon International has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

 

Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

 

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders are generally delivered based on the shipping timeframe selected during checkout.

 

Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

There are generally options that allow for expedited shipping that are displayed at checkout, at an additional cost, subject to terms and conditions of inventory etc...

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier's website.

RETURNES

What is your returns policy? 

Returns will apply only if a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

 

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

 

Do you refund?

Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Cricon International reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

 

Credit Cards

Cricon International accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Checkout and Discover. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.

 

Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. If using a shipping address that is different than the billing address, please provide a phone number for the shipping address.

Credit Cards payments are processed by a third party when customer use our online store to submit their payments, Cricon International do not get access to credit card information, and none of our page administrator as consequence, we just get information about whether a transaction was successful or not.

Pay Pal

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty

Cricon International's warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. The warranty is valid only at Cricon International. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Cricon International will void this warranty.

 

Cricon International disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages, for breach of written or implied warranty of an item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
